Dancing as a physical activity for students is a dynamic and enjoyable way to enhance their physical fitness while also fostering creativity and self-expression. It involves coordinated body movements, rhythm, and flexibility, making it a full-body workout that helps improve cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and endurance.
During a 30min break all school students will be involved in a fun dance to engage them to stay active, build confidence, and improve their physical and mental health.
